Nexthink is excited to introduce a Technical Preview of the AI Tools module, which provides visibility into the adoption, sentiment, and usage of generative AI tools across the enterprise.

Use AI Tools insights to translate real-world AI usage into measurable business value and performance outcomes—enabling you to take control of your AI strategy at scale.

Background

AI adoption is accelerating, but most organizations lack the visibility to manage it effectively.

With this release, the AI Tools module allows you to monitor for AI applications like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, and visualize usage trends and employee feedback. Insights are presented in a dedicated AI dashboard and tool-specific views to help quantify value and scale successful use cases.

AI Tools dashboards and built-in feedback campaigns are available as part of this preview.

Benchmarking features may not be available immediately for the early access on September 30, 2025—to be introduced at a later date.

Customers can opt out at any time by disabling the AI Tool toggle in Administration > Product configuration > Features > Configuration.

Enabling Technical Preview

Request early access via Nexthink Support or your Customer Success Manager. Activation takes up to 3 working days; you’ll get a confirmation once it’s ready.
