Key Campaign concepts
Where and how Campaigns appear
Campaigns are displayed directly on the employee’s device as attention-grabbing pop-ups, independent of any application. These messages are meant to stand out in the flow of work and can be postponed by the user, unless marked as urgent, in which case they bypass focus protection rules.
Campaigns may include multiple screens (steps), different question types, and logic that changes the flow depending on how an employee responds.
Refer to Understand employee experience with Campaigns for more information.
Sending campaigns
Campaigns can be triggered with one of the following methods:
Manual – triggered directly by a user through the Nexthink web interface.
Scheduled – launched automatically based on defined targeting and timing rules.
Remote Action – triggered programmatically through remote actions
API - triggered by API calls
Workflow - triggered during the execution of a workflow.
Refer to Sending campaigns for more information.
Interpreting Campaigns dashboards
Campaign performance and employee responses are visible through the Campaign dashboards which show both quantitative data (how many users responded, declined, or viewed) and qualitative feedback (text responses, ratings, NPS scores). You can preview overall Campaign statistics or see specific Campaign response details.
Unlike other types, remote action campaigns do not have campaign dashboards, and their responses are not reported to the platform.
Refer to on Monitoring campaign statistics and Monitoring specific campaign responses for more information.
