The **L1 checklist** library pack enables EUC teams to:

* Perform basic health checks quickly, reducing troubleshooting time.
* Make the troubleshooting process smoother by helping L1 agents avoid switching between multiple IT tools or contacting end users.

In addition to the relevant use cases covered below, you may uncover other troubleshooting scenarios specific to your environment.

### Access the checklist in Device View <a href="#usageguide-dexchecklist-accessthechecklistindeviceview" id="usageguide-dexchecklist-accessthechecklistindeviceview"></a>

Nexthink [Device View](/platform/user-guide/device-view.md) is a dedicated product section designed to help IT support teams gain deeper insight into device-level troubleshooting scenarios.

The L1 checklist is available in the checklists section of the Device View.

1. Indicates the device name in the Device view.
2. Points to the L1 checklist in the Device view. Refer to the [Device View](/platform/user-guide/device-view.md) documentation for more information.
3. Corresponds to checklist sections containing 20 L1 checklist properties. These properties are custom fields and native NQL properties. Refer to the [Custom fields management](/platform/user-guide/administration/content-management/custom-fields-management.md) documentation for more information.
4. Specifies the values of the checklist properties. These values have different units of measurement, which are indicated directly in the values.
5. Indicates ratings, which provide classification or ranking of device properties. These ratings are designed to reduce the complexity of low-level analytics by implementing a red-amber-green (poor-moderate-good) approach using predefined criteria. Refer to the [Ratings management](/platform/user-guide/administration/content-management/ratings-management.md) documentation for more information.
6. Refers to in-product documentation describing each checklist property, its associated rating, and suggested actions to improve the experience associated with that specific property.

Refer to the [Device View ](/platform/user-guide/device-view.md)documentation for more information about using checklists in Device View.

### Access the checklist in Amplify <a href="#usageguide-dexchecklist-accessthechecklistinamplify" id="usageguide-dexchecklist-accessthechecklistinamplify"></a>
