# Jira experience

## Overview <a href="#overview" id="overview"></a>

The *Jira experience* library pack enables you to monitor and manage your employees’ experience with their Jira application.

## Problem <a href="#problem" id="problem"></a>

Your organization is a heavy user of the Jira application, but you lack visibility over its usage across the organization. This means you are unable to identify both stability and adoption issues with the web application, which leads to hidden employee frustrations, as either the application is not working as intended or it is not adopted properly. Ultimately, this leads to a loss of productivity as employees have a sub-optimal experience with Jira application.

## Solution <a href="#solution" id="solution"></a>

Install a pre-built application to monitor the adoption, speed, reliability, and sentiment of your Jira application and troubleshoot any issues directly from [Nexthink Applications](https://docs.nexthink.com/platform/user-guide/applications). This includes key pages and transactions related to the most common SCRUM processes.

## Expected value <a href="#expected-value" id="expected-value"></a>

* Monitor usage to identify abnormal behavior and optimize the adoption of the application.
* Proactively detect stability issues to troubleshoot and fix them before tickets can be created and/or employees can be impacted.
* Measure and report on employees' experience with Jira.
