Nexthink Applications allows you to configure thresholds at the web application level, as you may require different performance standards for various applications. If you don’t customize the thresholds, the system applies default settings automatically.
After configuring the fields in the General tab of the web application settings, navigate to the Thresholds tab to activate metric thresholds:
Add border values—in seconds—in the Average and Frustrating fields for Page load time and/or Transaction duration.
After setup, the related application monitoring dashboard adapts the Page loads /or Transactions gauge-type widgets to the configured thresholds, using colors to visually appraise good, average, and frustrating values.
