Helps improve visibility into Adobe Acrobat presence and usage to optimize licensing costs by removing unused copies and downgrading Pro editions where they are not needed.
Get Windows Registry key values
Returns the value data of up to three Windows Registry properties. This retrieves the value of the registry key indicating if Adobe Acrobat Pro or Standard is installed.
Required to populate specific dashboard widgets.
Adobe software usage assessment
Asks users whether they are using the advanced features of the Pro version of that application or if they are ready to downgrade to the Standard version.

Follow these steps to install and configure content:

Step 1 - Configure remote actions
Navigate to the Managing Remote Actions administration page to review and edit your remote actions.

This registry key stores the value that indicates the edition of the Adobe Acrobat application installed on a device. This example illustrates the registry path for the Adobe Acrobat Classic edition.

It is essential to specify the correct registry path for the Adobe Acrobat edition and version currently installed within your organization. You can determine the path by consulting the relevant version's documentation or by conducting a manual examination of the registry on a reference device.
Step 2 - Edit campaigns
This library pack contains one Engage campaign, "Adobe software usage assessment." This campaign asks users if they are using advanced features of the Pro version or if they want to downgrade to Standard.
This campaign should be modified before use to ensure it meets corporate communication guidelines. Navigate to the Managing Campaigns administration page to review and edit this campaign.
Remember to:
Customize the sender name and image.
Review and adjust questions.
Publish the campaign when you are ready to use it.
