# Dexterity

{% hint style="warning" %}
The **Dexterity** tab is visible for web applications with at least one of the following:

* Deployed [in-app Adopt guides](/platform/user-guide/adopt.md).
* A Nexthink [campaign associated with the application](/platform/user-guide/applications/configuring-applications/configuring-web-applications.md#configuringwebapplications-connectingwithexistingcampaigns).

If neither is present, the **Dexterity** tab remains hidden.
{% endhint %}

The Dexterity tab provides user-centric insights to help you understand how employees adopt and experience the target web application.

Under the **Dexterity** tab, depending on what is deployed, find the following key dashboards:

* [Guides](/platform/user-guide/adopt/guide-insights-and-analytics/understanding-the-adoption-tab.md) – Employee interaction, engagement and usage of deployed in-app Adopt guides—requires Nexthink Adopt license.
* [Sentiment](/platform/user-guide/campaigns/working-with-campaigns.md#gettingstartedwithcampaigns-campaigndetailspage) – Nexthink campaign details with employee opinions about the target web application.
