Dexterity

The Dexterity tab is visible for web applications with at least one of the following:

• Deployed in-app Adopt guides.

• A Nexthink campaign associated with the application.

If neither is present, the Dexterity tab remains hidden.

The Dexterity tab provides user-centric insights to help you understand how employees adopt and experience the target web application.

Under the Dexterity tab, depending on what is deployed, find the following key dashboards:

• Guides – Employee interaction, engagement and usage of deployed in-app Adopt guides—requires Nexthink Adopt license.

• Sentiment – Nexthink campaign details with employee opinions about the target web application.
