Message thinklet
The Message thinklet enables IT teams to communicate directly with employees through the Nexthink channel in Microsoft Teams. Configure the thinklet to communicate the following message types:
Notification: Sends a message without requiring an employee response.
Question: Sends a message that prompts the employee to provide an answer.

Configuring the Message thinklet
To configure Message thinklets, first set up a communication channel in Nexthink for MS Teams.
The Message thinklet sends notifications or questions to employees through the Nexthink Microsoft Teams channel.
Notifications deliver messages without requiring responses, while questions prompt employees for answers.
Responses from question messages are used to make decisions defined by workflow conditions or as inputs to other thinklets.

Name: Enter a unique name for the Message thinklet.
ID: The system generates the ID automatically based on the name.
Description (optional): Describe the purpose of the thinklet and what it does. This information is useful for other users of the workflow who may not be familiar with it.
Select user: Select the user who will receive this campaign. The system defines the user by SID. The user selection option includes:
Targeted user: Select the primary user targeted in the current workflow.
Custom value: Select a custom user value by entering keywords to search for a specific user.
Workflow parameter: Select a parameter from the existing list that contains user SID or UPN.
Thinklet: Select an output field from the predefined thinklet that returns a user SID or UPN, for example the thinklet returns a manager of an employee in the approval workflow.

Notification: Delivers a message that does not require a response from the employee.
Question: Sends a message that requires an answer from the employee.
