Export data more effectively with a new export limit concept designed to make data exports more efficient and aligned with your usage. Daily export limits are now determined by tier, based on the number of licensed devices in your organization. This allows export capabilities to scale with your needs, and ensures resources are allocated efficiently across all customers. Refer to the Nexthink Infinity thresholds and limits overview documentation for more information.
Troubleshoot Teams Rooms issues quickly. Gain visibility of MS Teams Rooms through comprehensive data all in one place (e.g., performance, availability, health, and call quality metrics) by joining MS call quality data with data collected by the collector and remote actions. Refer to the MS Teams Rooms documentation for more information.
Collaboration Experience is subject to an additional license, please contact your Nexthink representative for more information.
Unlock new data retrieval use cases with the ability to define dynamic time frame windows in NQL queries. A new NQL qualifier "ago" allows you to specify time frames relative to now in the from to
