## New limits for exporting data

Export data more effectively with a new export limit concept designed to make data exports more efficient and aligned with your usage. Daily export limits are now determined by tier, based on the number of licensed devices in your organization. This allows export capabilities to scale with your needs, and ensures resources are allocated efficiently across all customers. Refer to the [Nexthink Infinity thresholds and limits overview](/platform/references/nexthink-infinity-default-thresholds-overview.md) documentation for more information.

## Collaboration Experience: Teams Rooms monitoring

Troubleshoot Teams Rooms issues quickly. Gain visibility of MS Teams Rooms through comprehensive data all in one place (e.g., performance, availability, health, and call quality metrics) by joining MS call quality data with data collected by the collector and remote actions. Refer to the [MS Teams Rooms ](/platform/user-guide/collaboration-experience/getting-started-with-collaboration-experience/ms-teams-rooms.md)documentation for more information.

[Collaboration Experience](https://nexthink.com/platform/collaboration-experience) is subject to an additional license, please contact your Nexthink representative for more information.

## NQL: Time selection enhancements

Unlock new data retrieval use cases with the ability to define dynamic time frame windows in NQL queries. A new NQL qualifier "ago" allows you to specify time frames relative to now in the `from to`clause, enabling greater flexibility in querying and analyzing data over dynamic periods. Refer to the [NQL time selection ](/platform/understanding-key-data-platform-concepts/nexthink-query-language-nql/nql-syntax-overview/nql-time-selection.md)documentation for more information.

## Workflows: Communication in Microsoft Teams

Increase the effectiveness of your automation workflows by delivering the right message at the right time. Workflows now include Message Thinklets to communicate with employees via Microsoft Teams messages. This ensures employees are informed or able to respond in a less disruptive and more efficient manner, improving automation outcomes and user satisfaction. Refer to the [Message thinklet](/platform/user-guide/workflows/creating-workflows/configuring-thinklets/message-thinklet.md) documentation for more information.

## **NQL Analytical API: New compression support for faster exports**

Speed up large file downloads with new compression support for NQL Analytical API exports. This update allows you to define a compression method, reducing download times for bigger export files and improving efficiency. Refer to the [NQL API](https://developer.nexthink.com/docs/api/nql-api-overview#supported-compression-algorithms) documentation for more information.

## Faster events for web applications

Gain enhanced visibility into user journeys with more accurate measurements and faster data. Starting in January 2025, Application Experience will be enhanced to provide data in NQL within minutes of collection, significantly improving upon the current 15-minute delay. This enhancement will be rolled out gradually over several weeks, with all existing dashboards, metrics, and tables continuing to function seamlessly—no changes required. Refer to the [NQL data model](/platform/understanding-key-data-platform-concepts/nql-data-model.md) documentation for more information.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.nexthink.com/platform/whats-new/whats-new-2025.1.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
