System configuration

Use the System configuration to manage core platform settings. From here, you can control data lifecycle rules, manage Collectors, customize branding, and review license usage.

This section includes the following pages:

• Appearance: Customize the web interface and sign-in screen with your organization’s branding.
• Collector management: Monitor Collector status, manage updates, access downloads, and work with mobile Collector options.
• Data management: Define data retention, retrieve employee data, and delete data to support privacy and compliance requirements.
• Digital Experience Score: Configure DEX score applications, score metrics, benchmarking options, and sentiment campaign settings.
