Investigations let you get insight into the digital experience of employees and look for specific technical metrics. Use the visual editor to investigate using a graphical tool or build powerful queries using the NQL editor.
The query engine manages large data sets and controls various mechanisms to protect service resources within the data storage layer. By default, the visual editor limits the maximum number of query results to 10,000 rows on the web page. The export to CSV feature returns up to 1,000,000 rows.
