Slow performance is one of the top employee complaints. It is challenging to troubleshoot because the issue might originate from the device, the network, the infrastructure, or the application itself. For software as a service (SaaS) applications, the underlying cause could also reside at the network or the infrastructure level outside the company.
The Page loads dashboard uses the frustrating page loads metric to help you identify the web applications that are causing the most frustration in your organization. The page supports troubleshooting slow web applications through relevant breakdowns, bar charts and a device pop-up.
The Insights panel on the right provides a detailed analysis of the pages that cause the most frustration for end users. Using a smart algorithm the Insights panel identifies problematic pages, quantifies the impact of the problem, and explores potential root causes. Once the page is identified, the system evaluates backend, network and client times, and suggests further drill-down options in the Investigations module.
The algorithm uses the selected time frame to generate insights. You may see different insights when you select a different time frame. If the system cannot find any insights, it displays a "No insights found!" message in the Insights panel.
Nexthink provides insights for applications with URL collection enabled during the application configuration. Refer to the Key pages documentation page for more information.
