Every Nexthink web interface instance is managed using an initial admin user with a password set during onboarding. Nexthink strongly recommends changing that password as soon as possible and according to your corporate password policies.
By default, the password must contain at least eight characters and meet at least three conditions: uppercase, lowercase, digit, or special character. The default minimum password length is configurable with a Nexthink Support ticket.
If you forget the password or think that it might have been compromised, contact Nexthink Support to initiate the password reset process.
Nexthink considers a request to reset a password as valid only if it is coming from one of the persons listed as technical contacts for your Nexthink web interface instance.
