Save time and effort troubleshooting issues with a new contextual action menu with a list of relevant drill-downs, a retrieve all option, and other product link options. Available initially in Device View, this enhancement helps you quickly retrieve the information you need to resolve IT issues. Right-click on the device icon in the upper-left corner of the page to open the menu. Refer to the Device View documentation for more information.
Extend the Nexthink data model with Rule-based custom fields, and automatically classify objects based on object properties. Configure up to 20 rules per custom field, with optional ratings for each, and use them to classify any object type: device, user, package and binary. Simplify your analytics by using these custom fields in your NQL queries to easily group and filter results. Refer to the Custom Fields documentation for more information.
Investigate issues on the timeline with greater precision thanks to new 5-minute granularity. Available for device performance, connectivity (Wi-Fi and ethernet) and user interaction events, this increased accuracy improves your ability to correlate issues and identify potential root causes when troubleshooting issues. Use Nexthink proactive monitoring to detect sudden system degradations and review them in the Alerts Overview dashboard. A collection of 8 existing library monitors have now become system content and are auto-installed and running in your environment:

Reduce your MTTR for Microsoft Teams meeting room issues and improve employee productivity with new insights into Windows-based Microsoft Teams meeting rooms. New support for meeting room devices lets you correlate call quality data with device performance, and monitor meeting rooms more closely in alerts and dashboards using the dedicated room_system device type. Refer to the Collaboration Experience documentation for more information.
Configure transactions more easily by simply selecting the page elements that are automatically detected during a user interaction. The Nexthink browser extension now offers a Configure a transaction mode in the admin pop-ups. All elements you interact with are automatically displayed in the administrative pop-up and can be copied for use when configuring transactions.
Manage support tickets from Citrix Cloud devices more easily with rich information about the desktop pool name and type (pooled, personal, or shared) and hypervisor. Information from Citrix Cloud virtual devices can now be visualized in the Virtualization dashboard. Refer to the Connector for Citrix DaaS documentation for more information.
Export data in bulk to any third-party product that supports communication over a WebAPI, such as ServiceNow, Splunk and many others. Scheduled exports guarantee the continued availability of the data with zero effort and with no scripting or coding skills required. Refer to the HTTP API exporter documentation for more information.
Extract software usage data from Nexthink to integrate into your license optimization processes. The new CSV-format export feature available directly in the Software metering dashboards lets you easily share the data with stakeholders for decision-making. Share your private investigations from the content administration page or from the Investigations page to make them available to other profiles. Easily identify which investigations have been shared, and which are private or still works in progress with a new menu organization that groups investigations into separate tabs and sections.
Investigation sharing is inactive by default. Reach out to a Nexthink administrator to enable profile permissions. Refer to the Investigations documentation for more information.
Organize your dashboards on the administration page by creating and applying new content tags. Now, navigate your own content more easily by filtering based on tags. Initially available for Live Dashboards, the content tagging functionality will be extended to other content types over the next few releases. Help analysts quickly identify issues when investigating a specific device by defining ratings (good, average, poor) for Rule-based custom fields. Define up to 20 ratings per field and query the ratings in your investigations. Refer to the Custom Fields documentation for more information.
Populate Nexthink data from external systems via Enrichment API or CSV files using the User Principal Name (UPN). In addition to the existing possibility of using the UID or SID, you can now use the UPN which facilitates integration with third-party systems where the UID or SID are not present. Refer to the Nexthink Developer portal for more information.
Prioritize issues in the Alerts dashboard by consulting the number of impacted devices by a given alert. Both library alerts and custom alerts now indicate the number of impacted devices. Refer to the Getting started with Alerts documentation for more information.
Consult campaign results more easily with a new design similar to other dashboards, including a more legible left-aligned layout. Refer to the Getting started with Campaigns documentation for more information.
Configure regular campaigns more quickly and consolidate results over longer timeframes by republishing a retired campaign. When resuming a scheduled campaign, any answers or declines received before the campaign was retired will be taken into consideration so as to not recontact employees who have been recently targeted by that campaign. Help your dashboard viewers quickly understand how to use and interpret a dashboard. Now, provide rich text descriptions for each dashboard tab, or the dashboard itself if it does not have tabs. Refer to the Mange Live Dashboards documentation for more information.

Make your voice heard and influence the future direction of the product with the enhanced Nexthink Ideas portal. Directly access the Ideas portal from within the in-product Help Center where a new, modern responsive design adapts to different screen resolutions. A simplified ideas submission form makes it even easier to submit new ideas, with new product categories that include recent products like Amplify, Flow and Software Metering.
