What's new 2024.6
Nexthink Adopt
Application freezes in Device View timeline
Trigger workflows from Device View
Time series in Network view
New timeframe options for dashboards
Resolve issues more quickly by honing in on relevant data with two new timeframes in the timeframe picker: last 48 hours, and last 72 hours. Both of these offer 15-minute and 1-hour granularity options. Dashboard editors can now choose these new options as the default timeframe and granularity for their dashboards.
Line chart visualization for Investigations
Visual editor support for individual remote actions and campaigns
Investigate issues more easily in the visual editor with the possibility to select individual remote actions and campaigns to query. Their respective fields can also be used in queries for listing and filtering.
Output formatting for NQL queries
Interpret your data more easily with greater flexibility in how you format the output of your queries. A new formatting function as() lets you attach formatting information to calculated metrics, which will be displayed throughout Nexthink in a consistent manner.
Formatted values for custom fields in checklists
Remote action 10-minute frequency
Experience Central enhancements
Gain greater insights about your DEX situation with automatic in-product descriptions.
Prioritize your proactive DEX initiatives based on the metrics that matters the most to you. Now you can consult the same prioritization metrics between composite nodes (impact on DEX score, time lost, number of employees with issues) and leaf nodes in the Experience Central dashboard.
Collaboration Experience: Updated dashboard
Troubleshoot call quality issues more easily with improvements to the Collaboration tools dashboard, including new quality metrics helping you more easily identify users and devices impacted by call problems.
This dashboard will be made available following the completion of the 2024.6 rollout in all regions.
Collaboration Experience: Identify Teams call types
Identify and investigate call quality for high-impact Teams calls, with the new call type field for Collaboration sessions to show the type of call type in call view dashboards, collaboration tools dashboards, investigations, live dashboards, and alerts.
Webhooks: Improved capabilities for streamed notifications
Greater access for users with Limited View domains
Redefine organization hierarchies
New web applications dashboards
Resolve web application issues more quickly using the new NQL-based web application dashboards. These new dashboards include a new overview dashboard that highlights key issues that need attention. The new dashboards can be toggled on by clicking the "Switch to the new experience button" visible in all web applications.

Binary hashes in hexadecimal format
Compare Infinity binary hashes with those shown in external systems: hashes are now expressed in hexadecimal format (as they were in Experience/Finder) instead of base64.
Accessibility: Improvements to screen reader support
Ensure equality across your organization thanks to changes to Aria labels for improved screen reader support throughout the Nexthink application.
Improved question branching for Campaigns
Improved the response rate of your campaigns by reducing the number of questions an employee needs to step through, which is particularly useful for survey/XLA campaigns.
New branching options are now available for multiple-answer questions (select the next question independently of the selected value) and NPS questions (select the next question depending on whether the employee is a promoter, neutral, or detractor).
