Improve EUC efficiency with Nexthink Flow, a powerful, low-code orchestration engine that improves the IT ecosystem. Nexthink Flow enables your EUC team to be more resource efficient by using workflows to orchestrate detection, communication, integration and action to solve time-consuming and complicated IT issues.
Nexthink Flow is subject to an additional license, please contact your Nexthink representative for more information. Refer to the Workflows documentation for more information.
Take advantage of several powerful workflows designed for Nexthink Flow:
Configuration Manager (SCCM) client continuity: Perform a series of checks to validate the services and components required for the Configuration Manager client to be running and compliant. The workflow self-repairs non-compliant devices, and/or performs a fresh install of the client on devices where it is not present.
Intune client continuity: Perform a series of checks on the services and components required for the Intune agent to be synchronized and compliant. The workflow repairs any detected issues relating to services, policies, and/or synchronization which commonly prevent synchronization.
MS Teams compliance: Detect and self-repair the most commonly reported MS Teams issues to ensure every device has MS Teams up-to-date and running.
OneDrive compliance: Verify that OneDrive is present and properly synchronized across all devices with automated self-repair and/or reset of the OneDrive agent on all non-compliant devices.
Windows update compliance: Trigger a restart process across all devices that are automatically identified as pending a reboot due to a Windows update. The restart process asks users for permission with the option to delay.
Device restart enforcement: Trigger a reboot process across desired device groups. The workflow starts with a campaign asking users for permission to restart, with an option to defer. Users are then prompted twice more before forcing a restart.

Navigate Device View more easily with a wider time view, faster navigation across time and the ability to drill down in greater detail. New zoom-in and zoom-out buttons allow you to zoom from 48 hours to 6 hours with 15-minute granularity. Refer to the Device View documentation for more information.
Help analysts troubleshoot issues with checklists by adding custom descriptions, related remote actions and knowledge based links to the custom checklist fields.
Use of Amplify is subject to an additional license, please contact your Nexthink representative for more information.
Make your campaigns more relevant by customizing the content with parameters that can be used within the question body. With the Campaign trigger API you can replace parameters at runtime with dynamic parameters, for example, from your ITSM platform such as the service ticket description or link to the ticket itself, and later analyze the responses in relation to the parameter values.
Gain more insight from the Digital Employee Experience score with new endpoint metrics. The DEX endpoint score now integrates both Device performance and Network quality measurements to provide an even better indicator of employee experience. Get SCCM Client Status
Get Configuration Manager SCCM client status
Get MEMCM Agent Health
Get Configuration Manager SCCM client health
Get Device Hardware ID
Get Intune device hardware ID
Get Microsoft Intune Device Status
Get Intune device status
Invoke SCCM Client Auto-repair
Invoke Configuration Manager SCCM client auto-repair
Invoke MEMCM Client Policy Actions

Restore SCCM Client
Restore Configuration Manager SCCM client
Get Intune synchronization status
Get Intune synchronization status

Install Configuration Manager SCCM client
Uninstall Configuration Manager SCCM client
Uninstall Configuration Manager SCCM client
This change applies to both V6 (classic) and Infinity remote actions.
If you update one of the SCCM or Intune library dashboards without installing and configuring the new remote actions, the dependent widgets on the dashboard will show errors. The solution is to use the new remote action, as listed above. Refer to the Remote Actions documentation for more information.
Configure the scheduling of a remote action quickly and easily within the General tab of the configuration page by selecting the Schedule checkbox and clicking the Add schedule button. Refer to the Remote Actions documentation for more information.
