The Digital Experience module offers excellent insights into your organization's past and current levels of Digital Experience (DEX) and is available through the Experience Central license. View what aspects of your IT landscape work and which aspects need improving. The Digital Experience module allows you to understand your aims and prioritize investment to improve DEX.
Customer benefits
Use the Benchmark tab to get an overview of the situation in various industries, from their DEX score distribution to details of the metrics used in the score computation. Use the information to compare your organization with others to see which IT teams are leading and which are lagging.
