# 概要

**概要**タブは、サービスマネージャー、アプリケーション所有者、エンドユーザーコンピューティング（EUC）チームが、従業員のExperienceとアプリケーションの導入状況を監視するのに役立ちます。

このタブでは、アプリケーションのロードマップとライフサイクル管理を支援するために、機能の使用状況とユーザーExperienceを強調表示します。

## 概要タブの解釈

タブの上部には、**従業員数**KPIおよび**従業員数**チャートウィジェットが表示されます。

* 「**従業員**」KPIは、少なくとも1回ブラウザタブを開いてアプリをフォーカスにしたユニークな従業員の総数を示しています。フォーカスされていないバックグラウンドタブで発生するページ読み込みは、このKPIには含まれません。
* **従業員** チャートは、各時間バケットごとに、使用時間がゼロを超えるユニークな従業員の数を示し、累積的にユニークな従業員の総数と一致またはそれ以上になります。

## 使用 <a href="#usage-metrics" id="usage-metrics"></a>

**使用** セクションは、新しいアプリケーションの展開、既存ソフトウェアの新しい国への拡張、アップグレードによる特定の新機能の導入を追跡します。

### 従業員ごとの使用時間 <a href="#usage-time-per-employee" id="usage-time-per-employee"></a>

この指標は、選択された期間内の平均使用時間または従業員ごとのフォーカスタイムを表します。**使用時間** に含まれるもの:

* ページのロードにかかった時間。
* ユーザーの操作がなくても、タブがフォーカスにある時間。

システムは、特定の期間における全従業員の合計フォーカス使用時間を、ユニークな従業員の数で割って、**従業員ごとの使用時間** を計算します。

折れ線グラフでは、プロットされた各ポイントは、指定された時間バケット（選択した期間に応じて15分、1時間、または1日）内のすべての一意のアクティブユーザーに基づいて算出された、従業員あたりの平均使用時間を表します。

### **キー・ページ**

### **トランザクション**
