# アプリケーションの監視

Nexthink Applicationsは、従業員が次の種類のアプリケーションを使用している際のExperienceを監視します：

* **Web applications**は、`://teams.microsoft.com/`など、Webブラウザを通じてアクセスされるURLパターンを監視します。 Webアプリケーションの監視では、Nexthinkが開発したブラウザ拡張機能がCollectorと連携し、デジタル従業員Experience（DEX）に関する追加情報の収集を支援します。
* **Desktop applications**は、Nexthink Collectorのデータに基づいて、teams.exeやmsteams.exeなどのバイナリを監視します。
* **Network applications**は、Nexthink Collectorのデータに基づいて、IP、ポート、ドメイン名などの宛先を使用する接続ベースのサービスを監視します。

### アプリケーションへのアクセス <a href="#accessing-applications" id="accessing-applications"></a>

アプリケーションに移動：

* メインメニューから**Applications**を選択します。
* ナビゲーションパネルで**Applications overview**をクリックすると、組織における従業員のアプリケーション使用に関連する統計情報を表示できます。
* ナビゲーションパネルのリストから、以前に構成したアプリケーションのいずれかを選択します。
* 新規または既存のアプリケーションを構成するには、**Manage Applications**をクリックします。

### アプリケーション概要ページ <a href="#monitoringapplications-applicationsoverviewpage" id="monitoringapplications-applicationsoverviewpage"></a>

すべての監視対象のウェブおよびデスクトップアプリケーションの状態を視覚的に確認するには：

1. ナビゲーションメニューから**アプリケーション > アプリケーション概要**ページにアクセスします。
2. **表示**ドロップダウンを使用して、表示するメトリクスを並べ替えます：ウェブメトリクスまたはデスクトップメトリクス。
3. 任意のアプリケーションをクリックして、アプリケーション専用のダッシュボードを開くことができます。

* データが利用できない指標は、色が灰色に設定されます。
* しきい値を利用しないメトリックは、色が青に設定されます。

#### Webメトリックの事前に定義されたしきい値

次のWebメトリックの分類は、次のデフォルトしきい値に依存します：

**ページ読み込み時間 (秒)**

* 値が2未満の場合、緑に設定されます。
* 値が2から4の間の場合、黄に設定されます。
* 値が4を超える場合、赤に設定されます。

**トランザクションの持続時間 (秒)**

* 値が4未満の場合、緑に設定されます。
* 値が4から16の間の場合、黄に設定されます。
* 値が16を超える場合、赤に設定されます。
