# アプリケーションの監視

ビジネスクリティカルなポートフォリオ管理および生産性向上のためのアプリケーションを用いて、従業員の体験についての可視性を得る。

アプリケーションに関連する問題を監視、トラブルシューティング、および修正するために使用します：

## アプリケーション概要ページ <a href="#monitoringapplications-applicationsoverviewpage" id="monitoringapplications-applicationsoverviewpage"></a>

すべての監視対象のウェブおよびデスクトップアプリケーションの状態を視覚的に確認するには：

1. ナビゲーションメニューから**アプリケーション > アプリケーション概要**ページにアクセスします。
2. **表示**ドロップダウンを使用して、表示するメトリクスを並べ替えます：ウェブメトリクスまたはデスクトップメトリクス。
3. 任意のアプリケーションをクリックして、アプリケーション専用のダッシュボードを開くことができます。

ウェブとデスクトップのバージョンを持つハイブリッドアプリケーションの場合、ウェブユーザー数とデスクトップユーザー数を個別に確認できます。

* ウェブメトリクスセクションで **ウェブユーザー数** を選択すると、結果はウェブバージョンの値を示します。
* デスクトップメトリクスセクションで **デスクトップユーザー数** を選択すると、結果はデスクトップバージョンの値を示します。

デスクトップアプリケーションは、関連するサブプロセスとともに[binaries grouped](https://docs.nexthink.com/platform/ja/references/database-information-and-organization/binary-grouping/)を表します。 その結果、アプリケーションに関連するメトリクスとAIインサイトには、すべてのサブプロセスが含まれます。

**アプリケーション概要** は、選択された指標と期間に基づき健康状態に応じてアプリケーションをグループ化し、[事前定義されたしきい値](#predefined-thresholds-for-web-metrics) に基づくカラースキームを使用して強調表示します。

* データが利用できない指標は、色が灰色に設定されます。
* しきい値を利用しないメトリックは、色が青に設定されます。

5分ごとにシステムが自動的に **アプリケーション概要** の内容を更新し、最新の計算値に基づいてアプリケーショングループを再編成します。

### Webメトリックの事前に定義されたしきい値

次のWebメトリックの分類は、次のデフォルトしきい値に依存します：

**ページ読み込み時間 (秒)**

* 値が2未満の場合、緑に設定されます。
* 値が2から4の間の場合、黄に設定されます。
* 値が4を超える場合、赤に設定されます。

**トランザクションの持続時間 (秒)**

* 値が4未満の場合、緑に設定されます。
* 値が4から16の間の場合、黄に設定されます。
* 値が16を超える場合、赤に設定されます。
