# アプリケーションの設定

## Nexthinkで設定するアプリケーションの選択

次の項目を特定し、最初に設定すべきアプリケーションを決めます：

* メール、カレンダー、コラボレーションツール、情報技術サービス管理（ITSM）用の頻繁に使用されるアプリケーション - Office 365、Zoom、ServiceNowなど。
* VIP向けアプリケーションを含む、事業の重要なオペレーションで使用される高優先度のアプリケーション。
* 採用率が低く、インシデント発生率が高いアプリケーション - 多くの従業員から不満が出ているアプリケーションを含む。
* デジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトの一環として導入されたアプリケーション。

より良くアプリケーションの組織内での関連性を理解するために:

* アプリケーションポートフォリオ管理システムを使用し、利用状況、トラフィック、業務の重要性情報を得る。例えば、ServiceNowなど。
* シングルサインオン（SSO）ツールを利用し、組織のポートフォリオに含まれるアプリケーションを確認する。
* 組織内のアプリケーションオーナーや専門家とインタビューを行う。

## Nexthinkモニタリングのためのアプリケーション設定 <a href="#managingapplications-configuringapplications" id="managingapplications-configuringapplications"></a>

1. 以下のオプションに従い、新規アプリケーションのための設定ページにアクセスします：
   * メインナビゲーションメニューの**アプリケーション**モジュールから、メニューの右上隅の**新規**ボタンをクリックしてアプリケーション構成ページを開きます。
   * **Applications** > **Manage applications** ページから:
     * ページの右上隅にある**新しいアプリケーション**ボタンをクリックして、アプリケーション構成ページを開きます。

2. アプリケーション設定ページから、次のフィールドに入力します:
   * **Application name:** 一意の名前を最大256文字で入力します。 標準UTF-8文字セットを使用してください。 他のソースからのテキストをコピーするとサポートされていない特殊文字が含まれる場合があります。
   * **Category**: Standard, Connectivity, または Collaboration。
     * **Standard:** これはアプリケーションカテゴリのデフォルト設定です。
     * **接続性:** 社内の従業員のインターネット接続に強い影響を与えるアプリケーション（VPNやZTNAアプリケーションなど）にこのカテゴリを使用します。
       * このカテゴリを選択すると、従業員の接続問題とアプリケーションとの相関を確認しやすくするために、システムは [Device View Timeline](/platform/ja/user-guide/device-view/timeline.md) の **Connectivity** にアプリケーションを表示します。
     * **Collaboration:** TeamsやZoomのように、組織のコラボレーションに不可欠なアプリケーションに対してこのカテゴリを使用してください。 このカテゴリを選択すると、システムは **Collaboration** セクションにおいて、これらのアプリケーションの活動とコラボレーションセッションへの影響を関連付けるために、Device View Timelineでアプリケーションを強調表示します。 Refer to the [Device View](/platform/ja/user-guide/device-view.md) documentation for more information.
3. **Application type** を選択: **Web**, **Desktop** または **Network.**
   * 必要に応じて、同じアプリケーションの **Web** バージョンと **Desktop** バージョンの両方を構成するには、両方のチェックボックスにチェックを入れます。
   * **Network** アプリケーションを単独のアプリケーションタイプとして設定します。 他のバージョンと区別しやすいように、一意の **Application name** を定義してください。例: *Zscaler (network).*
