# デジタルエクスペリエンススコア管理

Nexthinkは、DEXスコアを設定して環境に合わせることができるようにすることで、最も意味のあるデータとレポート機能を提供することを目指しています。 DEXスコアは、[デジタルエクスペリエンス](https://docs.nexthink.com/platform/ja/user-guide/digital-experience)モジュールと直接接続されています。

## デジタルエクスペリエンススコア設定ページへのアクセス <a href="#digitalexperiencescoremanagement-accessingthedigitalexperiencescoreconfigurationpage" id="digitalexperiencescoremanagement-accessingthedigitalexperiencescoreconfigurationpage"></a>

デジタルエクスペリエンススコア設定ページにアクセスするには:

* メインメニューから**管理**を選択します。
* ナビゲーションパネルのコンテンツ管理セクションで**デジタルエクスペリエンススコア**をクリックします。

デジタルエクスペリエンススコア設定ページの**アプリケーション**タブから:

* システムが全体的なスコアを計算する際に考慮するためにアプリケーションをDEXスコアに追加します。
* DEXスコアには限定された数のアプリケーションを選択します。 設定画面には、制限に近づいているときの情報が表示されます。

#### Windowsメモリメトリクス

* **デフォルト設定**:\
  Nexthinkはメモリ関連のエクスペリエンス問題の主要指標として**メモリスワップ率**を使用することを推奨しています。 研究によると、スワップ活動の増加とユーザーの影響の間には強い相関があります。
* **代替設定 (Microsoftに整合する)**: \nMicrosoftのガイダンスに厳密に一致させたい場合は、次のWindowsメモリカウンターを手動で有効にすることができます:
  * **メモリ使用量**
  * **プールページング使用量**
  * **プール非ページング使用量**
  * **コミットされたバイト数**

感情データは、組織のデジタルエクスペリエンスの全体像を把握するために、従業員のIT満足に関するレポートを作成し評価することができます。

デジタルエクスペリエンスで感情データを活用するには、標準化されたDEXスコアキャンペーンを使用する必要があります。
