# 使用ガイド: MS Teams のコンプライアンス

**MS Teamsコンプライアンス** ライブラリパックはEUCチームが以下に達成できるようにします:

* **Microsoft Teams**がインストールされており、最新バージョンが実行され、適切に構成されていることを確認する。
* 不足しているインストールや古いバージョンなど、L1コンプライアンスの一般的な問題を自動的に修正する。
* 自動修正とデバイスの再確認を活用して手動作業を最小限に抑える。
* L1サポートチームによる手動調査時間を短縮する。

### デバイス間でのMicrosoft Teamsコンプライアンスの確保

このライブラリパックは、デバイスのグループ間でのMicrosoft Teamsコンプライアンスを確認するための構造化されたワークフローを提供します。 Microsoft Teams WorkまたはSchoolクライアントステータスを取得するリモートアクションを使用して、以下を確認します:

* Teamsがインストールされている。
* Teamsが過去1ヶ月以内に更新されている。
* パフォーマンスのためにキャッシュのクリアが必要である。

これに基づいて、ワークフローは次の方法で問題を自動的に修正します:

* Teamsが最新の場合、**Clear Microsoft Teams work or school cache** リモートアクションを実行する。
* Teamsが不足または古い場合、OS固有のリモートアクションを使用して再インストールする。
* 5分の停止後にTeamsのインストール状況を再確認して修正を確認する。
* 問題が続く場合はAPI経由でITSMチケットをログに記録する。
