# Mobile Experience

The Mobile Experience feature extends Nexthink’s digital experience monitoring capabilities to company-managed and bring your own (BYO) mobile devices with a work profile, providing deeper visibility into how employees engage with their work tools on the go.

Designed for both IT teams and employees, Mobile Experience ensures mobile work is seamless and reliable. IT teams gain the insights needed to proactively manage performance, while employees benefit from fewer disruptions and better connectivity. The Nexthink Mobile app also gives employees visibility into key device metrics, including storage, battery usage, performance, and network activity.

By continuously tracking key performance indicators such as device stability, battery health, and network connectivity, this feature helps IT teams identify and resolve potential issues before they impact productivity.

With actionable insights into the real-world experience of mobile users, organizations can ensure that their workforce remains connected, responsive, and efficient, no matter where they work. This visibility empowers IT operations to make data-driven decisions that improve device performance, streamline support, and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
