Configuration guide: AI compliance
The configuration options on this page are only accessible to administrators.

Prerequisites
Some of these products offer default access to their respective content and can still be used without expansion products.

This library pack contains the following content and dependencies:
ChatGPT - Non-approved AI tool warning
Displays a warning to remind users that MS CoPilot is the approved AI tool for work tasks, outlining safe use and restrictions before proceeding.
OpenAI ChatGPT application must be installed.
MS Copilot - Guided walkthrough
Introduces first-time users to Microsoft CoPilot’s key features—like prompts, new chats, and the prompt gallery—to help them quickly understand and use the tool effectively.
MS Copilot application must be installed.
MS Copilot - File upload policy notice
Reminds users not to upload sensitive information, requiring acknowledgment which is recorded for compliance before continuing.

Configuring "AI compliance"
Adapt these suggested configuration steps to edit and customize content according to your organizational needs.
Follow these steps to install and configure content:
Before configuration - Install library pack content from Nexthink Library
Step 1 - Configure guides
From the main menu, navigate to Applications > Manage adoption guides.
The installed guides are unattached by default. Select a guide, and then use the menu to select Attach to an application.
Choose your application from the list and Save.
By default, your installed guides are in draft mode.
You are free to edit the guide, change the description and assign key page restrictions if required.
Once the guide settings are complete, you can publish the guide
Your guide is available in the Context help menu.
