For a complete overview, please refer to the [Infinity for Government Feature Exclusion List](/platform/security/infinity-for-government.md) and detailed release notes on the [Extended Documentation](https://edocs.nexthink.com/nexthink-infinity/infinity-release-notes) website. ## Workspace✦: Action execution from Assist Let Assist run remote actions and workflows directly from a conversation. Instead of using an investigation, you can now ask Assist to take action directly, enabling end-to-end journeys from diagnosis to resolution. Before any action is executed, Workspace presents an impact assessment and requires your approval, while respecting the existing permissions for remote actions and workflows. ## Nexthink Spark: Improved management and conversation insights Manage Spark more effectively with new configuration options and conversation analytics: * **Conversation topics**: View Spark conversations categorized by topic in the Spark All conversations dashboard to understand employee needs better, measure adoption, and identify opportunities to improve responses. Refer to the [Monitoring Spark](/platform/user-guide/spark/monitoring-spark.md#understanding-conversation-topics) documentation for more information.
* **Manage Spark configuration**: Manage Spark from a consolidated control center. The **Manage Spark** view brings together key configuration options, including bot name, web search, knowledge sources, connectors, **Actions**, and **Escalation**, making it easier to discover and manage Spark capabilities from one place. Settings that remain managed in dedicated areas, such as connector configuration, are now directly accessible from the consolidated Spark management view. ## Alerts: Mobile device impact visibility Monitor and investigate mobile device issues alongside other endpoint alerts. Alerts based on mobile device monitors now surface affected mobile devices across the Alerts overview, Alert details, notifications, and Investigation drilldowns, giving you a consistent way to identify impacted devices and investigate mobile incidents. ## Applications: Simplified navigation Navigate the Application Experience more easily with an updated tab layout. Benchmarks is now available under the Performance tab, while Guides and Sentiment are promoted to top-level tabs, making key insights quicker to access. ## Configurable OAuth token prefixes Integrate more easily with third-party platforms that require custom OAuth token prefixes. You can now configure a custom token prefix for OAuth authentication, reducing integration complexity, eliminating the need for external workarounds, and expanding compatibility with enterprise VDI environments. ## Device View: Consistent device performance thresholds Troubleshoot issues more consistently with aligned thresholds in Device View. Device performance metrics now use the same thresholds as Digital Experience scores for all supported metrics, regardless of whether they are enabled in your DEX score. Connectivity data now includes the 6 GHz band and Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), keeping Wi-Fi reports accurate as devices adopt these technologies. Nexthink also reports the MAC address of the primary physical network adapter, allowing correlation with access point records, switch port records, and network access control records. On Windows, you can also see whether the Wi-Fi MAC address is randomized and whether it rotates, explaining why a device may not match existing network records. This capability requires Collector version 26.7 or later. ## Investigations: Expanded NQL grouping capabilities Analyze data more efficiently by grouping results on integer and IP address fields in NQL. You can now summarize devices by the exact IP address they present, or group records by discrete integer values, such as HTTP error codes, making it easier to identify network patterns, investigate shared egress points, and generate reports without exporting data for additional processing. ## Remote Actions: User-aware execution Run interactive remote actions only once the targeted user is logged in, so they always execute in the correct user context. When a remote action runs as an interactive user, the executing username is now consistently captured in the data model, reducing failed executions and giving you clear visibility into which user executed each action. ## Simplified Administration navigation Find settings more quickly with an updated Administration experience. Clearer menu names, improved organization, in-menu search, and a new AI Resources category make configuration easier to navigate. ## Support access for external accounts Strengthen the security of support access to your tenant. The Nexthink external support team, using @ext.nexthink.com accounts, can now authenticate through Nexthink corporate SSO instead of local accounts, providing a more secure way to grant support access. To use SSO authentication, support access accounts must use a unique username and cannot share it with an existing local account. This feature requires configuration or setting user permissions before use.
