## Nexthink Spark✦: Expanded integrations, knowledge, and conversation intelligence

Enhance how Spark resolves employee issues with new integrations, richer knowledge access, smarter escalation, and improved conversational guidance:

* **Microsoft 365 Copilot integration**: Use Spark directly within Microsoft 365 Copilot through agent-to-agent communication. Spark can autonomously handle IT requests, run diagnostics and remediation, and escalate issues when needed, while returning non-IT requests to other copilots. Refer to the [Understanding employee experience with Spark](/platform/user-guide/spark/understanding-employee-experience-with-spark.md#spark-in-microsoft-teams-and-microsoft-365-copilot) documentation for more information.

## Collector: Binary path visibility in execution events

Gain deeper visibility into where binaries are launched from with a new `binary_path_root` field available in execution events and crashes for Windows and macOS. You can now identify whether binaries originate from locations such as applications, system folders, user home directories, removable drives, network shares, temporary folders, or recycle bin and trash locations. This helps you focus investigations on executions originating from non-standard or potentially risky locations. Refer to the [NQL data model](/platform/understanding-key-data-platform-concepts/nql-data-model.md) documentation for more information.
