## Nexthink Spark ✦: Enhanced service routing and integrations

Improve how Spark connects employees to the right support and resources with key enhancements across request handling and integrations:

* **Advanced request routing**: Guide employees to the right service requests using AI-driven intent recognition and contextual filtering based on roles, permissions, and environment, reducing misrouted requests and simplifying service discovery. Refer to the [Managing Spark data inputs](/platform/user-guide/spark/setting-up-and-managing-spark/managing-spark-data-inputs.md#service-request-catalog) documentation for more information.
* **Adopt guide access**: Surface relevant Adopt guides directly in Spark, allowing users to search, open, and follow in-app guidance seamlessly from conversations. Refer to the [Understanding employee experience with Spark](/platform/user-guide/spark/understanding-employee-experience-with-spark.md) documentation for more information.
* **Agent-to-agent integrations**: Connect Spark with existing conversational platforms using public APIs and integration guidance for tools such as Moveworks, ServiceNow Virtual Agent, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, allowing your current chatbots to resolve endpoint and application issues through Spark. Refer to the [Spark Agent2Agent integration](/platform/configuring_nexthink/bringing-data-into-your-nexthink-instance/integrating-nexthink-with-third-party-tools/spark-agent2agent-integration.md) documentation for more information.
* **Flexible escalation**: Customize ticket links in Spark escalation to align with your ITSM setup. You can now configure the URL used in ticket references, enabling support for systems beyond the default ServiceNow integration. Refer to the [Configuring ticket escalation with Spark](/platform/user-guide/spark/setting-up-and-managing-spark/ticket-escalation-with-spark.md#configure-spark-settings-for-ticket-escalation) documentation for more information.

These updates make it easier to route requests, integrate with existing tools, and deliver more efficient IT support through Spark.

## Collector: Expanded device and application performance insights

Analyze device and application performance more effectively with enhanced execution and device-level metrics:

* **Application-level GPU and NPU usage metrics**: Identify which processes use GPU and NPU resources with detailed usage metrics. This extends hardware visibility to AI-relevant processing units alongside the CPU and is available in Investigations and Live Dashboards. Refer to the [NQL data model](/platform/understanding-key-data-platform-concepts/nql-data-model.md) documentation for more information.
* **Application-level file I/O metrics**: Identify I/O-heavy processes with detailed read, write, and bandwidth usage available in `execution.events` across VDI Experience, Workplace Experience, and Investigations, making it easier to correlate storage issues with specific applications and reduce time to resolution. Refer to the [Using Session view](/platform/user-guide/vdi-experience/using-session-view.md#storage-performance-details) documentation for more information.
* **Expanded device and application CPU metrics**: Track normalized usage, compute time, max normalized usage, and high-usage duration at both device and application levels. This makes device and process data directly comparable and improves visibility into performance spikes and sustained load periods. Refer to the [Data we collect and store](/platform/understanding-key-data-platform-concepts/data-we-collect-and-store.md) documentation for more information.

These enhancements provide clearer, more consistent insights to support faster troubleshooting and better performance analysis.
