Use case: Element selectors for SAP Concur

When configuring the Adoption settings for SAP Concur Adopt guides, use the Element selectors on this page to:

  • Maximize the stability and reliability of element selection by avoiding dynamic identifiers.

  • Enhance guide resistance to webpage changes from SAP Concur.

Element selectors for SAP Concur

From the Adoption settings tab > Settings subtab in Nexthink, for the SAP Concur web application configured in Nexthink:

  • Ignored element IDs: none

  • Element ID replacement: Leave both fields in this section empty to ensure proper feature functionality.

  • Ignored element class names: ^[a-z0-9]{8,}$, ^[A-Z][a-z]+_\d+_.*, ^.*_\d{8,}_.*$, ^hash-[a-f0-9]+$, ^uid-[a-f0-9]+$, ^temp-[a-f0-9]+$ This code represents numbers within class names.

  • Included element custom attribute names: data-sap-theme, rel, data-chunk, crossorigin, itemprop, media, data-loader, aria-label, data-source, data-trans-id, alt, target
