The **AI compliance** library pack enables EUC teams to:

* Promote secure, compliant AI adoption across all roles.
* Reinforce corporate data handling and governance policies.
* Build employee awareness and confidence in using AI responsibly

### **Visibility**

The **AI compliance** [Adopt guides](https://docs.nexthink.com/platform/overview/products#products-adopt) are the starting point of this library pack.

#### ChatGPT

**Non-approved AI tool warning** - Displays a warning to remind users that MS CoPilot is the approved AI tool for work tasks, outlining safe use and restrictions before proceeding.

#### MS Copilot

**Guided walkthrough** - A guided walkthrough that introduces first-time users to Microsoft CoPilot’s key features—like prompts, new chats, and the prompt gallery—to help them quickly understand and use the tool effectively.

**File upload policy notice** - Reminds users not to upload sensitive information, requiring acknowledgment which is recorded for compliance before continuing.
