Introduces first-time users to Microsoft CoPilot’s key features—like prompts, new chats, and the prompt gallery—to help them quickly understand and use the tool effectively.

Reminds users not to upload sensitive information, requiring acknowledgment which is recorded for compliance before continuing.

Configuring "AI compliance"

Adapt these suggested configuration steps to edit and customize content according to your organizational needs.

Follow these steps to install and configure content:

Step 1 - Configure guides

  1. From the main menu, navigate to Applications > Manage adoption guides.

  1. The installed guides are unattached by default. Select a guide, and then use the menu to select Attach to an application.

  1. Choose your application from the list and Save.

  1. By default, your installed guides are in draft mode.

  2. You are free to edit the guide, change the description and assign key page restrictions if required.

  3. Once the guide settings are complete, you can publish the guide

  1. Your guide is available in the Context help menu.
