Using alerts for call quality issues

The Nexthink Library module offers library content to help you set up alert monitors that keep track of the number of poor sessions for Microsoft Teams and Zoom applications used in your environment.

Alerting call quality issues

The system triggers an alert if the number of sessions increases in the last 3 hours in comparison to the average sessions over the past 7 days.

Monitors offer additional conditions, such as:

  • The number of poor sessions in the last 3 hours.

  • The number of employees with the issue in the last 3 hours.

  • The percentage of poor sessions in the last 3 hours.

  • The percentage of employees with the issue in the last 3 hours.

Installing an alert monitor

  • Select Nexthink Library from the main menu.

  • Search for Call quality on the Library page.

  • Click the Content tab.

  • Select Monitors from the Content type drop-down menu to narrow down the search.
