# Nexthink IT Expertsの使用

Nexthink IT Expertsは、Workspace内の専門的な会話型エキスパートであり、それぞれ特定のIT領域に特化しています。各エキスパートには役割、トーン、動作が定義されているため、汎用アシスタントとの会話を毎回一から始めるのではなく、ユースケースに合わせた回答を得られます。
## IT Expertとの会話を開始する
IT Expertとの新しい会話を開始するには:
1. 左側のパネルの「IT Experts」セクションで、エキスパート名をクリックします。
2. 会話エリアにエキスパート名が表示されます。
3. 入力フィールドにメッセージを入力し、［送信］を押します。
## デバイス トラブルシューター
デバイス トラブルシューターは、個々のデバイスで発生する問題の診断と解決に重点を置いています。
以下の調査に使用できます:
* パフォーマンスの問題（デバイスの低速化、CPU／メモリ／ディスク使用率の上昇、フリーズ、遅延）
* ネットワークおよび接続の障害（Wi-Fiの切断、VPNの問題、接続解除）
* アプリケーションのクラッシュ、ハング、または動作の低速化
* システムの不安定性（BSOD、カーネルパニック、予期しない再起動）
* ブートおよびログインの低速化
### 調査方法
デバイス トラブルシューターは、以下を行います:
* 対象のデバイスについて、Nexthinkから履歴テレメトリ（パフォーマンスイベント、クラッシュ、安定性データ、ネットワークアクティビティ）を取得します。
* 最近の変更（更新、インストール、ドライバーの変更）と症状の発現との相関関係を分析します。
* 問題が単一のデバイスに限定されているのか、それともより広範なデバイス群に見られるパターンの一部なのかを確認します。
* 高度なモードでは、デバイスがオンラインの場合、その現在の状態を確認するためにデバイス上で直接ライブ診断を実行することもできます。
### 提供する情報
デバイス トラブルシューターにデバイス名と症状の説明を伝えるか、全般的な健全性チェックを依頼してください。

## IT Expertsを無効にする
IT Expertsはいつでも無効にできます。 **Administration**に移動し、**Data management**を開いて**Environment**タブを選択します。このタブでは、組織で有効にするWorkspaceの機能を管理できます。この機能を無効にするには、**Features**で、**Workspace**の下に表示される**IT experts - Beta**チェックボックスをオフにします。
