# Mobile Experience を使い始める

Mobile Experienceは、NexthinkのデジタルExperienceモニタリングを、企業管理のAndroidおよびiOSデバイス、ならびに持ち込み(BYO)のAndroidデバイスにも提供します。 バッテリー状態、安定性、接続状況などの主要なヘルスおよびパフォーマンス指標をITチームにリアルタイムで可視化し、従業員に影響が及ぶ前に問題を特定・解決できるよう支援します。 Nexthink Mobile、Intuneコネクター、およびモニタリングダッシュボードを組み合わせることで、Mobile Experienceは、従業員がどこで働いていてもつながり、生産的で、サポートされた状態を維持できるよう、実用的なインサイトを提供します。

## 開始前の準備

クライアントのモバイルデバイスがUnified Endpoint Management (UEM) ソリューションで管理されていることを確認してください。 Nexthinkは、完全管理デバイスの使用を推奨しています。

Mobile Experienceでモバイルデバイスを監視するには、Nexthinkインスタンスおよびモバイルデバイスに特定のコンポーネントをインストールして構成する必要があります。

## Mobile Experienceのパーミッションを付与する <a href="#granting-permissions-for-vdi-experience" id="granting-permissions-for-vdi-experience"></a>

管理者としてモバイルデバイス監視ダッシュボードに適切なパーミッションを有効にするには：

1. メインナビゲーションパネルから **Administration >** [Roles](https://github.com/nexthink/documentation.online-product-documentation/blob/develop/ja_docs/configuring_nexthink/configuring-your-platform/administration/account-management/roles/README.md) を選択します。
2. **New Role** を作成するか、既存のロールにカーソルを合わせて編集します。
3. **Permissions** セクションでスクロールし、**Live Dashboards** セクションに移動してロールに適切なパーミッションを有効にします。
