# DEXスコアの計算、ハードメトリックと閾値

DEXは、ITソリューションとサービスとの累積的な相互作用の結果です。 DEXを正しく測定するには、従業員が作業中のFlowを可能にするか中断するイベントの監視が必要です。 イベントの性質によっては、ポジティブな作業体験を増やすか、減らすことができます。
