# コラボレーションツールの使用

**Collaboration Tools** モジュールは、組織全体の Collaboration Experience を監視および管理するための一元化された Platform を提供します。 主な機能は次のとおりです：

* **通話品質**: Microsoft Teams および Zoom API からのデータを、デバイスのパフォーマンス、接続、アプリケーション使用状況、およびイベントに関するコンテキスト情報と統合します。
* **MS Teams Rooms**: Microsoft Teams Rooms で発生する通話品質の問題に関する洞察を提供し、アプリケーション、デバイスおよび関連コンポーネントに関連する問題を含みます。
