# アプリケーションの設定

Nexthink リードは、組織で設定が必要なアプリケーションの範囲を特定できます。 Nexthink リードは、製品アンバサダーの役割を担い、アプリケーション所有者を適切にプロセスに参加させるのに最適な立場にあります。これにより、Applications から得られる価値を最大化できます。

## Nexthink で設定するアプリケーションの選択

次の項目を特定して、最初に設定するアプリケーションを決定します：

* Office 365、Zoom、ServiceNow など、メール、カレンダー、コラボレーションツール、情報技術サービス管理（ITSM）で頻繁に使用されるアプリケーション。
* VIP 向けアプリケーションを含む、ビジネスクリティカルな業務に使用される優先度の高いアプリケーション。
* 導入率が低く、報告されるインシデント率が高いアプリケーション—従業員からの苦情が多数寄せられているアプリケーションを含む。
* デジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトの一環として導入されたアプリケーション。

組織のコンテキストにおけるアプリケーションの関連性をより深く理解するには：

* ServiceNow などのアプリケーションポートフォリオ管理システムを使用して、使用状況、トラフィック、ビジネスクリティカル性に関する詳細情報を確認します。
* シングルサインオン（SSO）ツールを利用して、どのアプリケーションが組織のポートフォリオに含まれているかを確認します。
* 組織内のアプリケーション所有者および専門家にヒアリングします。

## Nexthink のモニタリング用にアプリケーションを設定する <a href="#managingapplications-configuringapplications" id="managingapplications-configuringapplications"></a>

1. 次のいずれかの方法で、新しいアプリケーションの設定ページにアクセスします：
   * メインナビゲーションメニューの **Applications** モジュールで、メニューの右上にある **New** ボタンをクリックして、アプリケーション設定ページを開きます。
   * **Applications** > **Manage applications** ページから：
     * ページ右上にある **New application** ボタンをクリックして、アプリケーション設定ページを開きます。

2. アプリケーション設定ページで、次のフィールドに入力します：
   * **Application name:** 最大 256 文字の一意の名前を入力します。 標準の UTF-8 文字セットを使用します。 他のソースからテキストをコピーすると、サポートされていない特殊文字が含まれる場合があることに注意してください。
   * **Category**: Standard、Connectivity、または Collaboration。
     * **Standard:** アプリケーションの Category のデフォルト設定です。
     * **Connectivity:** VPN や ZTNA アプリケーションなど、組織の従業員のインターネット接続に大きな影響を与えるアプリケーションには、このカテゴリを使用します。
       * このカテゴリを選択すると、システムは [Device View Timeline](/platform/ja/user-guide/device-view/timeline.md) の **Connectivity** でアプリケーションを強調表示し、従業員の接続問題とアプリケーションの相関関係を確認しやすくします。
     * **Collaboration:** Teams や Zoom など、組織内のコラボレーションに不可欠なアプリケーションには、このカテゴリを使用します。 このカテゴリを選択すると、システムは Device View Timeline の **Collaboration** セクションでアプリケーションを強調表示し、これらのアプリケーションのアクティビティとコラボレーションセッションへの影響を関連付けます。 Refer to the [Device View](/platform/ja/user-guide/device-view.md) documentation for more information.
3. **Application type** を選択します: **Web**、**Desktop**、または **Network.**
   * 必要に応じて、両方の **Web** および **Desktop** チェックボック&#x73;**.** をオンにして、同じアプリケーションの **Web** バージョンと **Desktop** バージョンを設定します
   * **Network** アプリケーションは、スタンドアロンのアプリケーションタイプとして設定します。 他のバージョンと簡単に区別できるよう、一意の **Application name** を定義します。例: *Zscaler (network).*
