# AI導入目標

定義した目標に対して AI の使用状況を測定し、**AI 導入目標**を追跡して達成します。

Nexthink の **AI 導入目標**では、次のことができます。

* 全社または特定のチームやツールを対象とする導入目標を定義する。
* 複数のツールコンソールやスプレッドシートのデータをつなぎ合わせることなく、組織全体の導入状況を一元的にリアルタイムで追跡する。
* レポート期間の終了時ではなく、対応できる十分早い段階で目標の遅れを把握する。注意が必要なチームや導入施策を特定する。

## AI 導入目標にアクセスする

ナビゲーションパネルから **AI Tools > AI 導入目標** を選択します。

## AI 導入目標を作成する

**新しい目標**の設定ポップアップで、次の操作を行います。

1. **目標**パネルの **新しい目標** ボタンをクリックします。
2. 進め方を選択します。すべての目標設定を自分で定義する場合は **最初から作成** を選択し、既存の設定テンプレートを選択することもできます。

**目標**パネルに一覧表示されている特定の目標のアクションメニュー（⋮）から、既存の目標を**編集**できます。

進行中の導入目標のターゲット、対象者、または監視対象ツールを編集すると、進捗が自動的に再計算されます。目標の開始日が過去の場合、この再計算は遡及して適用されます。

3. 目標の**名前**と、必要に応じて**説明**を入力します。
4. **指標**を選択します。**週間 AI 利用時間**、**週間アクティブユーザー**、または **AI インタラクション数**を選択できます。指標の詳細については、[AI ツールの監視](/platform/ja/user-guide/ai-tools/working-with-ai-tools.md#estimation-of-ai-engaged-time-per-employee) を参照してください。
5. 選択した指標に表示されるしきい値を設定します。たとえば、**週間アクティブユーザー**では、従業員が週に何日 AI ツールを使用する必要があるか、および対象者の何パーセントを目標達成とみなすかを設定します。
6. **対象**ドロップダウンで、すべての監視対象ツールに目標を適用するには **すべてのツール**を選択し、特定の **監視対象 AI ツール**を選択することもできます。必要な数だけ選択できます。 Nexthink で導入監視用にすでに設定されているツールのみ選択できます。ツール設定については、[AI ツールの構成](/platform/ja/user-guide/ai-tools/setting-up-and-managing-ai-tools/configuring-ai-tools.md) を参照してください。

7. **対象従業員**で、**全従業員**または**特定のグループ**を選択します。\
   **特定のグループ**のオプションを使用するには、Nexthink で**ユーザー組織フィールド**を設定する必要があります。ユーザー組織フィールドを[構成する](/platform/ja/user-guide/administration/system-configuration/data-management/environment/product-configuration.md#configuring-user-organization)には、Nexthink 管理者にお問い合わせください。
8. **期間**で開始日と終了日を設定します。

## 導入目標を確認する

**AI 導入目標**には、設定済みのすべての導入目標が、その進捗およびコンテキストとともに一覧表示されます。

目標は全社的なターゲットから特定の事業部門やチームへと段階的に設定できるため、重要なレベルで導入状況を追跡できます。

左側の**目標**パネルでは、次の操作を行えます。

* アクティブな目標の数と、ターゲットに到達した目標の数を確認する。
* 目標カードから、目標固有の指標、対象者、監視対象ツール、および期間を確認する。
* 目標カードのアクションメニュー（⋮）を開き、**編集**、**到達済みとしてマーク**、または**タグをクリア**をクリックする。目標の編集については、[#creating-ai-adoption-goals](#creating-ai-adoption-goals "mention") を参照してください。

右側の**目標の進捗**パネルでは、次の操作を行えます。

* 定義した期間における目標ターゲット（パーセンテージ）に対する進捗を、進捗グラフで確認する。グラフ上のポイントにカーソルを合わせると、その期間の進捗を確認できます。

**導入進捗の内訳**パネルでは、**組織**構造に固有のチームおよび従業員グループ別に導入進捗を分類できます。

* 目標開始時の各グループの導入率と**今日**の導入率を、棒グラフで比較します。
* 棒にカーソルを合わせると、**目標開始時点から今日まで**の導入率の変化を確認できます。たとえば、**+25%** と表示されます。
