# Data Exporters

Data Exporters enable the distribution of data insights to another external destination. Schedule automatic extraction and transfer of any part of the Nexthink data model into a number of third-party data platforms to facilitate the sharing, reporting, or analysis of data in a way that is compatible with other systems you use in your organization.

## Prerequisites <a href="#dataexporter-prerequisites" id="dataexporter-prerequisites"></a>

Before creating, configuring and scheduling Data Exporter, you must have proper [Connector credentials](/platform/configuring_nexthink/bringing-data-into-your-nexthink-instance/integrating-nexthink-with-third-party-tools/outbound-connectors/connector-credentials.md).

## Data Exporters limits

Daily export limits are now tier-based, determined by the number of licensed devices in your organization. Refer to the [Nexthink Infinity thresholds and limits overview](https://edocs.nexthink.com/nexthink-infinity/infinity-specifications/nexthink-infinity-default-thresholds-overview) for the list of the most up-to-date limits.
