# Inbound connectors

Inbound connectors let you bring external data into Nexthink to enrich your investigations and contextualize employee experience insights.

## Accessing Inbound connectors

To navigate to the Inbound connectors Administration page:

* Select **Administration** from the main menu.
* Click on **Inbound connectors** in the navigation menu.

## Creating new connectors

Click on the **New connector** button in the top-right corner of the page and select the connector you want to configure.

## Inbound connector table

View the total number of connectors in the title of the table. Search for the name of the connector to narrow down the results.

The table is organized by:

* **Name**: The name of the connector. Click on the name to edit the connector.
* **Origin**: Indicates where the connector originates from:
  * **Custom**: A connector created on the Inbound connector page in the Nexthink web interface.
* **Type**: Displays the type of connector.
* **Frequency**: Displays the timing and recurrence of the schedule.

Hover over a checklist to reveal its action menu with the following options:

* **Edit**: Modify the connector.
* **Delete**: Remove the connector from the system.
