Uninstalling Collector

To uninstall Collector from a macOS device, run the uninstaller provided in the Collector DMG file.

Mount the disk image

Mount the Collector DMG file into the filesystem of the device.

Run the uninstaller

Run the following command in a macOS shell, replacing the <version> with the version you are uninstalling:

sudo /Volumes/Nexthink_Collector_<version>\ OSX\ 10.15\ -\ 12/uninstaller
