# Nexthink Transparency Report

Although Nexthink has never received a request from any public authorities or law enforcement agencies to disclose customer data, Nexthink may be subject to such requests, just as many other technology companies. Where or in case Nexthink receives a data disclosure request, it will process the request strictly in accordance with Nexthink’s policies and procedures.

The security and protection of customer data is the foundation of Nexthink’s products and services. Therefore, Nexthink will never respond to a data disclosure request without notifying the affected customer first, providing as much relevant information as possible on the request and agreeing on a response, unless Nexthink is legally prohibited from doing so.

The Transparency Report below provides information relating to data disclosure requests for customer data Nexthink has received as of the launch of its cloud offering. This report is updated periodically with the information then known to Nexthink from the prior fiscal quarter as of the date indicated above.
