Nexthink ServiceNow Incident Management Connector (IMC) offers Nexthink’s customers the possibility of integrating end-user IT data into the ServiceNow platform to facilitate incident management to IT support teams.
With this application, users will be able to load their customized Nexthink Scores in order to check endpoint health when opening or checking incidents. Additionally, this application leverages all the power of the Nexthink Act API on Portals to fix endpoint problems remotely.
